Huitzilli Store Policies

Huitzilli strives to provide the highest level of customer service.  In order to do this we have the following policies which we offer for your review.  

Privacy and Payment 

We never sell or give away our client information. All purchases can be made by credit or debit card through a secure payment gateway provided by Shopify. If you wish to review their secure payment information please click here. If you wish to use paypal you may contact us directly and we can arrange for a paypal payment. 

Terms Of Service

If items are in stock, your purchase will be processed within 2 business days of order.  If we do not have your purchased item in stock, you will be notified what the expected wait time is on that inventory and offered the option of a refund. 

Returns and Exchanges

Our priority is your satisfaction. Please review size charts and feel free to call or email us with questions about our products and sizing before purchasing. All returns will be for direct exchange or store credit only, we do not issue refunds unless your item will be  out of stock for more than one week,  in which case we will notify you. In the case of an exchange, items must be returned by the buyer within fourteen days of purchase in NEW, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags and packaging. Please call or e-mail us to specify the item for exchange before returning.
